| 1. Registering for Asia Webinar. |
You must first be a registered Asia Webinar member to be able to access the webinars. To register, open the webinar home page, ( www.asiawebinar.com), click on "Register" or the linked webinar topics and complete the registration form. Once done, key in your email address and password to gain access. After logging in, choose the webinars you are interested in. For upcoming webinars, click "register in advance" to be registered for those webinars.
To ensure that you receive timely notification about the upcoming webinars you've signed up for, please supply correct registration details and use an active email address.

| 2. Updating your personal information. |
If you need to update your personal information, you can click on the link below your user name. If you need to update your email, password or subscribe status, click on "personal information center" on the right section of the home page.

3. How to access an upcoming webinar you've registered for. | You will receive an advanced notification email for any of the upcoming webinars that you've signed up for. To access details on the webinar, click on the link in the email. Upcoming webinars may only be accessed 10 minutes before they begin. To enter, click on the email link. If the link opens the registeration page, please key in your email address and password to access. Click "Enter the seminar" to take part in the upcoming webinar discussion. You can also input your questions to experts in the left portion of the page.

• Intenet connection: 56kbps (minimum), 512kbps (recommended)

• Video resolution: 800x600-pixels (minimum), 1,024x768 (recommended), 16M colors
• Software: Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, Real Player or Windows Media Player

| 5. Why is it difficult to enter an upcoming webinar after it's started? |
At that stage, the influx of audio and video streams is large. The system will need more time to transmit. Kindly wait for 50 seconds to 2 minutes.
Avoid this problem by joining the upcoming webinar before it starts.

| 6. Why can't I log in to the webinar? |
It might be because of your Web settings. Please enable pop-ups. If your Web settings are correct but you still cannot log in, it may be that your network cannot support the required bandwidth.

| 7. Why is there a delay in video and audio after joining the webinar? |
Check the security settings of your Web browser. ActiveX must be enabled. Please adjust your security settings and press F5 to refresh your browser.

| 8. Why can't I open the page when I click the link in the email? |
Some email security settings will prevent the opening of some links. Please copy the entire link and paste it to your brower to open the page.

| 9. Why doesn't the demonstration synchronize with the expert's discussion? |
This can be caused by Web traffic. Please wait for a few minutes. If there is still no improvement, please press F5 or close the demonstration page and open a new one.

| 10. What can I do if I miss the upcoming webinar? |
Five days after an upcoming webinar, it is archived as an on-demand webinar along with relevant discussion and Q&A information. You can log in on the Asia Webinar website (www.asiawebinar.com) and pick the on-demand webinar that want.

| 11. Can I choose to watch different parts of a webinar? |
For upcoming webinars, audio and video are in real-time. You cannot rewind, fast-forward, pause or select parts to play.
For on-demand webinars, you can choose to view any part.

| 12. Where can I send my suggestions about the webinars? |

| 13. How can I subscribe to the latest webinars? |
You can subscribe to the webinar expressage at the registration page. You can also access the personal information center to update your subscription status. After you subscribe, you will receive a confirmation email. Please click on the links in the email to prevent others from using your mailbox.

The discussions and Q&A are archived in PDF at the webinar call-back page.

| 15. Is my personal information safe? |
