1. Registering in advance to participate in the Webinar.
Open the Webinar home page: www.asiawebinar.com. If you have not registered yet, you need to supply the information asked in the register page to be a registered member of Webinar.

If you are already registered, please type your email and password to access.


After logging in, please choose the seminar you are interested in. Click "register in advance" to register for the seminar.


You can choose several seminars to register in advance according to the seminar schedule. In order receive the activity information on time, please supply correct personal information details. Please use the active mail box to register.
2.Updating your personal information.  
If you need to update your personal information, you can click the link below user name. If you need to update your email and password or subscribe status, you can click the "personal information center" in the right section of the home page.



3. Participating in the Webinar.
If you have registered in advance, you will receive an email reminding you of the event. To access details on the seminar, click the link in the email. The entry page will be displayed before the seminar begins in 10 minutes. If the link in the email opens in the register page, please input your email and password to access page.

Click "enter the seminar" to take part in the live discussion. You can also input your question to the experts in the left portion of the page.


4. Setting up your computer to join the Webinar.  
There is no need to download any other software. System requirements include minimum 56K (suggest 512K) web speed, installed sound card, media player or earphone and IE5.0. Computer resolution should not be less than 800*600*16M Color. Install Real Player or Windows Media Player in order to get the best effect. We suggest not to use the resolution that is less than 1024*768.

5. Why is it difficult to enter the seminar after it started? 
Since the transmit flux of voice and images is large after the seminar starts, it needs more time to transmit. Kindly wait for 50s~2m. We suggest logging in the seminar in advance.

6. Why can't I log in the seminar?  
It can be related to your Web setting. Please close the procedure which can close bounce window. If your Web setting is correct but you still cannot log in, please check your network card. It may because there are so many computers using the gateway and your bandwidth is not enough.

7. Why is there delay and difficulty in opening video or hearing discussion after joining the seminar?  
It may because the safety setting of your explorer is too high to forbid the ActiveX. Please set your safety level a lower in order to watch the video; close the related defender of Windows Media to watch the video in normal mode. If all the setting is set to normal, please press F5 to refresh.

8. Why can't I open the page when I click the link in the email?
Some safety setting of the email will prevent the opening of some links. Please copy the whole link in the email and paste it in the explorer to open the log in page.

9. Why is the demonstration not in sync with the expert's discussion?  
This can be caused by net Traffic. Please wait for a few minutes. If there is still no improvement, please press F5 or close demonstration page and open a new one.

10. What can I do if I miss the Webinar?
You can join anytime even if the Webinar has already started. Five days after the Webinar, we will post relevant discussion and Q&A information. If you have registered in advance, you will receive a reminder via email. You can click the links in the email to log in and watch. If you did not register in advance, you can log in the Website: www.asiawebinar.com directly and choose the stored seminar that you are interested to watch.

11. Can I choose different part to watch during the seminar?
The voice and video of the seminar is in real-time. You cannot rewind, fast-forward, pause or select some parts to play. The stored seminar could be played in different parts with PPT.

12. Where can I send my suggestion about the Webinar?

13.How I can subscribe to the latest Webinar?
You can subscribe the Webinar expressage when you register for the Webinar. You can also access the personal information center to update your subscribe status. After you subscribed, you will receive a confirmation letter. Please click the links in the letter in order to prevent others to use your mail box.

14. Can I download the Webinar discussion and Q&A?  
The seminar's archived PDF document can be downloaded when you enter the seminar call-back page. There is no voice download at the moment.

15. Is my personal information safe?
We will keep your personal information confidential. Without your permission, you will not receive any propagandistic email. In addition, we will not give away your personal information to others.
